cakes and carboots

These are the treasure we came back from the Car boot sale with .i also got Ben a spiderman soft toy which he hasn't put down all day and has taken to bed with (him. Andys been reading him the comics).

After the carboot we took Doodles for a walk in the park .

Daisy insisted on bringing her bus we got from the carboot and carrying the dog lead about which she dropped and i didn't notice so we lost the dogs lead ooops!

Tomorrow is Bens 3rd birthday and its all hands on deck making his birthday cake which this year Andy has decided will be a gruffalo. We dont have the best track record for birthday cakes Bens first birthday cake was supposed to be a teddy bear and ended up looking like a Koala and his 2nd birthday cake was going to be a red train but ended up a brown train looking thing as the vegi red food dye tasted horrid however they have always tasted yummy even though they looked a bit odd.

We got daisy some goodies from Myriad .

and these are Bens birthday presents a rucksack from tattybumpkin and brio crane for his wooden train set , wooden rolling pin and spoon, a knight on a horse and some books .

We are going to the Alton Towers sealife centre for his birthday Bens very excited as i told him he might see a shark on his birthday :)

Going to get lots of sleep now as have a feeling tommorow is going to be a long but fun day x
