Easter walk by the lake

Today we went to view a house that has just come up for sale ,my mum and dad have come up for the long weekend so they drove us there.
The house was perfect and i would love to buy it but we can only look at the moment as our house isn't under offer yet :( and seeing the lovely house with its huge gardens made me desperate to sell our house and a bit sad that it might be a while till it sells :(
After we looked at the lovely house we went to Rudyard Lake which has a little train that runs up and down the side of it .

it was a nice train ride to the other end of the lake where the pixies did some puddle jumping ....

and Andy made a friend (but between me and you i think the doggy was just after his ice cream.)

sticks make a walk so much more fun and the bigger the better.
